However, in recent times, the available options for removing a tattoo are growing, and so are advancement in the methods used.tattoo removal budapest
•    Changing body types - Your weight is no longer what it used to be. You have either lost a lot or gained a lot. It can also be that you have been working out and put on a lot of muscle. On the other hand, perhaps you have just simply gotten older and your skin has loosened, wrinkled and/or sagged.
•    Breakups - We all know someone, or a friend of a friend who tattooed "Jessica" on his shoulder only break up with her a month later.
•    Changing views - Maybe you were a rebellious teen making a fearless statement on a positive issue, but since then you're older and have changed some of your views. That symbol you tattooed on you arm is no longer an issue.
•    Bad tattoo design - Hopefully you are not one of the unlucky ones and the tattoo artist messed your tattoo up and left you with an unappealing design.
•    Job or "society" issues - If you have a large or easily visible tattoo, certain jobs or even certain individuals may look down on you and deny you certain opportunities.

FAQ

HOW DO I REMOVE MY UNWANTED TATTOO?

In order to remove a tattoo without a scar, a Q-switched laser must be used. The term Q-Switched indicates that the laser is pulsed so quickly (billionths of a second) that it is able to break the ink without destroying the live tissue in the process. Similar to running your hand over a candle very quickly, there's not enough time to burn the skin. earlier methods involved the use of dermabrasion, salibrasion, surgery and C02 lasers, but these methods left behind scarring or lighter skin in place of the tattoo

WILL I HAVE A SCAR FOLLOWING LASER TATTOO REMOVAL?

The chance of scarring is less then 5%, if you follow the after care instructions. The risk of scarring can increase for pregnancy, dark skin tone, poor circulation, immune system deficiencies, some health conditions, taking certain medications, or having a history of keloids or elevated scarring.

DOES LASER TATTOO REMOVAL HURT?

Unfortunately tattoos are painful when they are placed on the skin and they are just as painful when they are removed. The lasers generate rapid pulses which may feel different to each patient, but are generally uncomfortable.
Pain is your personal perception and everyone experiences it differently. Prior to your treatment, we can numb the area with a high-power topical anesthetic cream mixture, which is available at our clinics.

HOW MANY  LASER TREATMENTS WILL IT REQUIRE TO REMOVE A TATTOO?

Removing a professionally applied tattoo is usually a fading process that requires a series of treatments spaced approximately 4-6 weeks apart. Professional tattoos usually require 8-10 treatments for complete clearing. The black colored inks usually respond more quickly than the bright colored inks because they absorb the light better. The depth, color and amount of ink, as well as the location of the tattoo on your body are all determining factors in how long and how quickly we will be able to remove your tattoo. Most amateur, medical and accidental tattoos are removed in only 2-5 treatments scheduled about 4-5 weeks apart.

WHY HAS NOTHING CHANGED AFTER A TREATMENT?

This is completely normal. Some people may even see their tattoo get darker with their first treatment. Everyone responds at a different rate. The treatment is only effective with multiple visits...just be patient and follow the medical staff's advice and you will get the best results possible.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER EACH TREATMENT?

After each laser treatment, ice is immediately placed on the tattoo to minimize swelling. After about few minutes, a topical antibiotic ointment is placed on the tattoo followed by a sterile dressing. The skin site should be left dry for a few days and should be cared for like sunburned skin.

WILL THE TATTOO COMPLETELY DISAPPEAR?

In many cases, yes. However, it is very important to know that over 100 types of tattoo inks are used today and none of them are regulated by the FDA. Without standardized inks it makes it difficult to predict the degree of removal of any tattoo.

CAN I COME BACK SOONER THAN FOUR WEEKS?

Healing is not the reason for the spacing of your treatments. The laser does not expel the ink; it breaks it up so your body's immune system can take it away. If you treat your tattoo too frequently, the laser is simply targeting the ink your body hasn't had the chance to remove, and you pay more for the same result.

ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS AFTER TREATMENT?

You may resume all activities soon after treatment, provided you ensure the area is not rubbed or scratched. If you are in the sun, you should cover the treated area to prevent sunburn until the skin has healed.

LASER ASSISTED LIGHTENING OF AN EXISTING TATTOO?

Many tattoo artists encourage customers to receive a minimum number of laser treatments to lighten an existing tattoo before covering it with a new one. This will dramatically reduce chances of the old tattoo appearing through the new one over time. In most cases, a minimum of 2-4 treatments is all that's required in lightening an existing tattoo.

WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE MY TREATMENT?

•    Shave the area to be treated if necessary.
•    Apply topical anesthetic 30 minutes prior to treatment.
•    Avoid Aspirin, Aleve, Motrin, or ibuprofen products.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO AFTER I AM TREATED?

First 24 hours:
•    Apply ice compress periodically.
•    Rest and elevate the treated area.
•    Limit activities, exercising, steam rooms, saunas or swimming.
After 24 hours and until healed:
•    Use Aloe-Cort cream twice daily to moisturize.
•    You may resume all activities except swimming (unless fully healed).
•    DO NOT POP BLISTERS or pick scabs or you may risk infection and scarring.
•    Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds during healing process.
•    Wait 4-6 weeks between treatments.
