- 1-3 treatments are needed every 4 weeks to reach the required results
- do not expose yourself to direct sunlight 4 weeks before the treatment (using sunscreen is compulsory!)
- if the patient's skin is prone to pigmentation they have to apply skin whitening cream before the treatment
- if the patient is prone to herpes they have to take medication for it before starting the treatment.
- after the treatment a strong redness, swelling and sloughing appears on the areas affected for 3-5 days, then the skin begins to slightly exfoliate, and the patient can return to work after 3 days wearing make-up, after about 1 week the marks of the treatment disappear completely
- as a follow-up treatment rinse the treated area with water and apply a thick layer of cream
- during the 4 weeks following the treatment the patient must use a high SPF (at least 50) sunscreen, and those whose skin is prone to pigmentation should apply skin whitening cream
- the treatment can be repeated after 4 weeks
